[6 Minutes in Space] Reflective Journal Prompts for the Liminal
Reflective prompts on habits, routines, change, self-preservation, and more to take some time to reinforce the bridge your building back to yourself.
If you want more prompts, you can start at the beginning here!

These questions are inspired by the post I wrote called, “Start with One.”
It’s a quick read about how, as a society, we create expectations that often overwhelm our self-perservation brain and make “failing” or falling short at new habits or routines we are trying to form almost inevitable.
These are the prompts, I invite you to set a timer and spend two minutes exploring each question in your journal, in a Google Doc, or in Notion where I write everything from work to wonder.
3 Prompts, Two Minutes Each, 6 Minutes in Space. Enjoy :)
Consider a habit or routine you've been wanting to change but have found challenging to do so. What fears or uncertainties arise when you think about deviating from this pattern? How can you address these fears with compassion and understanding?
Consider the idea of setting realistic expectations for change. How can you create a sense of safety and gentleness around the changes you wish to make, allowing yourself room to experiment and learn along the way?
Explore the connection between consistency and sustainability in behavior change. How can you redefine consistency to focus on the quality of your actions rather than the frequency?
Bonus Prompt for those that like extra credit:
Imagine a scenario where you successfully embraced a small change in your daily life. How did it feel to step outside of your comfort zone, and what positive outcomes did you experience as a result?
Love you, Mean It!
